I have over 4 years of experience in counselling, and I believe that everyone is a work in progress. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a continuous journey of understanding yourself better.
I follow a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, where we work together to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected, and how small shifts can create meaningful change.
I strongly believe that therapy is only a part of the process, real change comes from your effort outside the sessions. Think of it as 20% guidance and 80% your own work. My role is to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you as you navigate this journey.
My style is conversational, honest, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and feeling stuck.
Outside of work, I like staying active and working on my physical health. I’m a big movie person, weekend theatre plans are kind of my thing. I also enjoy catching up with friends and trying out new activities along the way.
