In Anushka's words

I'm a Counselling Psychologist with over 4 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults. I believe therapy is not just about navigating challenges, but also about understanding ourselves better, making sense of our experiences and finding ways to move forward.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, challenges with boundaries, grief, career-related uncertainties and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with your emotions, noticing recurring patterns in your relationships or simply wanting to understand yourself better, therapy can be a space to explore these experiences without judgment.

My approach is holistic, client-centred, trauma-informed, queer-affirmative and eclectic, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can explore your thoughts and emotions, build self-awareness and develop healthier ways of coping, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy painting, crocheting, aerobics, dancing, and travelling. These little interests help me unwind, stay curious and find joy in everyday life.

“You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, simply taking that first step is enough to begin.”
