In Dimple's words

I am a Counselling Psychologist and Couples Therapist specializing in trauma and grief, practicing from an integrative, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative approach. Alongside my practice, I pursue doctoral research (Ph.D.) and have an academic background recognized by a University Gold Medal and awards for academic excellence.

My practice is grounded in process-oriented, relational, and systemic perspectives. I draw from Humanistic, Cognitive, Somatic (mind–body), and Attachment-based (EFT) frameworks, alongside Parts Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based practices. To tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, I also incorporate creative and reflective modalities such as Expressive Arts, Guided Imagery, and Visualization. Above all, my practice emphasizes inclusivity, embodiment, and holistic well-being.

My approach extends beyond traditional talk therapy. By exploring how your past shapes your present, noticing how stress manifests in your body, and practicing grounding techniques, we work together to break the negative cycles keeping you stuck. I work with adults, couples, trauma survivors, marginalized individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Clients describe our sessions as a safe anchor—a non-judgmental space where every part of you can be brought into the room without needing to perform, creating space to experience and reconnect with a more grounded and compassionate sense of self.

Through our work, I hope you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, recognize the impact of your experiences without being defined by them, and feel more deeply connected to your needs, boundaries, relationships, and identity. My intention is to offer a safe, inclusive, and ethically grounded space where you can build trust, process and embody your experiences, and move toward self-empowerment and meaningful change.

Outside the therapy room, I am a huge cat person who can never resist a little feline affection and will gladly stop to pet every cat I see! I love discovering cozy eateries, painting, and singing just for the fun of it. I treasure my moments of quiet solitude just as much as I enjoy making memories with my favorite people over good food, long conversations, and spontaneous plans.

“Healing is an integrative process of meaning-making, embodiment, and relationship. We cannot always choose what life asks of us, but there remains a space between what happens to us and how we choose to meet it. Much of human freedom lives there.”
