I primarily draw from approaches like Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, IFS, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), allowing me to tailor each session to what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.
Therapy with me is collaborative and gentle. It looks like a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, where you can show up exactly as you are, without filters or judgment. Some days, we might sit with difficult emotions; on others, we may explore patterns, build coping tools, or even find moments of lightness and humour along the way. We move at your pace, always.

A little about me beyond the therapy room: I love sunsets, the colour yellow, lions, and unapologetically prioritising rest (because yes, rest is productive 💛). I also love travelling and exploring new places through food, people and stories.
