Neha Dugar

As someone keenly interested in functioning of the mind, I integrated my decade long spiritual journey with training as a mental health professional. I completed my M.A. in Clinical Psychology in which I learnt different modalities of practice to help address mental health issues from different perspectives.

In my journey, I received immense support from the community of mental health professionals, which helped me value the true meaning of ‘support’. I understand it is not always that people look for solutions and interventions. Often times what they may be seeking for is an assuring alliance where they can speak without having to be acceptable or being heard for their pain beyond what they express.

Through this platform, I wish to create more such spaces while meeting the client where they are. I address issues relating to trauma, attachment injuries, stress, anger, suicidal ideations, and emotional issues, among other concerns.

When not at work, I indulge in watching Indian movies, listening to music, practising yoga, and spending quality time with my family.
