In Pooja's words
I believe that healing is relational. Many of the ways that we learn to see ourselves and connect with others are shaped through our relationships, and therapy offers a unique opportunity to experience something different.
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and accepted because meaningful change begins when we don’t have to navigate our struggles alone.
I practise from a person-centred, trauma-informed lens, integrating approaches such as Narrative Therapy, EFT, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet each client’s unique needs. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and authenticity, supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and self-exploration.
What draws me to this work is witnessing the resilience people discover when they feel genuinely seen and supported.
I see therapy not as a place to “fix” people, but as a relationship where new ways of understanding ourselves, relating to others, and moving through the world can emerge.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, travelling, playing video games, and reading.

“We heal in connection, not in isolation. So come as you are, and we’ll make sense of it together. You don’t have to carry it alone.”
