I am a Clinical Psychologist with five years of experience working in different settings such as psychiatric hospital and NGO. I have supported individuals facing complex mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, somatoform disorders, dissociation, personality disorders, and psychotic illnesses with diagnosis, assessment and therapy. I have also worked with individuals who may not carry a diagnosis but had been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious to understand themselves more deeply.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic. In simple terms, this means we explore how your experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns have shaped your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we create space for choice, growth, and meaningful change.
I see therapy as a shared journey. I strive to offer a space that is thoughtful — where you can explore both your pain and your strengths at your own pace. I have learned that even in the midst of psychological distress, there is resilience. The present struggles reflect the ways mind adapted to cope and survive. I see myself as a co traveler towards reconnecting with that resilience, deepening your self-understanding, and moving towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Outside of therapy I enjoy travelling and spending time with animals.
