Vallari Pai

 

Over the past 4.5 years, my work has focused on youth mental health. I aim to create an empathetic, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and make sense of their experiences. I find purpose in helping individuals give voice to the many narratives that shape who they are and who they are becoming. 

I offer therapy for teens and adults, and parenting sessions for parents of adolescents (10–18 years). 

My approach draws from Emotion-Focused and Narrative Therapy, grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and social justice frameworks. I have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the impact of childhood abuse and neglect. 

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with people, exploring food, watching music and dance concerts and (occasionally) visiting the beach.
