I am an art-based and dance movement therapist, offering a space where emotions can be explored beyond words. My work gently integrates the body, creativity, and awareness to support self-growth, navigate relationship patterns, and provide a humanistic approach to process grief and trauma.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I also focus on caregivers of those living with long-term illness, holding space for the often unseen emotional weight they carry. With sensitivity and depth, I meet each person where they are. Together, we create room to feel, express, and reconnect, allowing what feels stuck to soften, shift, and find its own rhythm toward healing.
