I am a Counselling Psychologist who works from an integrative approach, drawing on modalities such as Positive Psychotherapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and person-centred practices.
My work focuses on helping individuals build self-awareness, strengthen their relationship with themselves, and navigate interpersonal challenges with clarity and confidence. I am particularly passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, sustainable change.
I follow an integrative approach, primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Positive Psychology, Metaphor Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to each individual’s needs. My work is goal-oriented while remaining empathetic and client-centered. I have over 4 years of experiences working with individuals and companies.
I support individuals with concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem and self-worth, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I also work with patterns related to overthinking, boundaries, and personal growth.
When not working, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, traveling, and discovering different cultures, as well as spending time watching movies and engaging in reflective reading.
